Database Design and Management with Microsoft SQL Server
Our projects' data lives in SQL Server: relational design, versioning with migrations, indexing and regular backups. Data loss and slowness don't happen in our projects.

What is SQL Server and why we use it
Behind every website, panel or app there is a database, and the life of the project depends largely on how well that database is designed. Microsoft SQL Server is one of the most mature relational databases in the corporate world: transaction safety, backup and recovery, strong query optimisation, encryption and seamless compatibility with .NET. We build the data layer of Saybes projects on SQL Server.
In design we guarantee data integrity with normalisation, the right key and index structure, constraints and relationships. Schema changes are versioned with Entity Framework Core migrations; every development step can be rolled back and is tried in a test environment. On growing tables we protect performance with query-plan analysis, index tuning and archiving.
Security and continuity are a separate discipline: encryption and access control for personal data under KVKK, daily automatic backups and restore tests, monitoring and alerting mechanisms. For reporting needs we create read-only views and panel charts; for data exchange with external systems such as accounting or CRM we build integration layers.
Six concrete reasons
Our technology choices are driven by performance, security and sustainability, not by fashion.
Data integrity
Thanks to the relational model, constraints and transaction safety (ACID), inconsistent data doesn't occur.
Performance
Fast responses across millions of records with query optimisation, an index strategy and caching.
Fit with .NET
Entity Framework Core and SQL Server work as if designed together; safe development with migrations and LINQ.
Backup and recovery
Automatic backups, point-in-time restore and regular restore tests.
Security
Encryption, role-based access, audit logging; a structure that meets KVKK and GDPR requirements.
Reporting
Business reports are produced directly from the data with views, stored procedures and panel integration.
SQL Server in our projects
How we position it in real projects and which work it carries.
Management panels and CRM
Customer, quote, booking and transaction data; reporting and audit logs.
E-commerce
Product, stock, order and payment data; consistency under high concurrency.
Portals
Certificate verification, document management and user authorisation data.
Mobile app back ends
User, content and progress data; secure access via API.

OUR TECHNOLOGY APPROACH“A well-designed database is the insurance that keeps a project fast and reliable five years later.”
The tools we use alongside it
An open, documented stack any team you choose can take over.
Services where we use this technology
Technology is a means, not an end; on the service pages we explain what we build and how.
Technical questions
Book a technical call →Where is our data hosted?+
On servers in Türkiye or Europe, as you prefer; we recommend domestic hosting for KVKK.
How often are backups taken?+
A daily full backup and hourly incremental backups where needed; restores are tested regularly.
Can you migrate our existing Excel or legacy system data?+
Yes. We migrate data into the new schema with cleaning, transformation and validation steps.
Do you use PostgreSQL or MySQL?+
When a project requires it, yes; but because of the fit with the .NET ecosystem and enterprise tooling, our standard choice is SQL Server.
