Fonvio: Our Own E-commerce and Restaurant Platform
We wrote our own platform so we would never be limited by off-the-shelf packages. Fonvio for e-commerce stores and restaurant management, with web, panel and iOS apps.
What is Fonvio e-commerce platform and why we use it
Fonvio is the software platform Saybes developed from scratch for e-commerce and restaurant businesses. Working with ready-made e-commerce packages we kept hitting the same wall: when a custom workflow was requested the package wouldn't allow it, performance dropped and integrations turned into plugin chaos. With Fonvio we set the store up quickly, yet can also develop any feature we want.
On the e-commerce side, product and variant management, category and campaign rules, coupons and loyalty, Trendyol / Hepsiburada / Amazon marketplace sync, shipping integrations, payment systems such as iyzico and PayTR, an e-invoice connection and a fast, SEO-friendly storefront are standard parts of Fonvio. Storefront projects such as MatGross run on Fonvio.
On the restaurant side, the Fonvio Restaurant (ordering and menus) and Fonvio Business (operations management) iOS apps are live on the App Store; the QR menu, order management and panel run on the same data. The platform is built on ASP.NET Core and SQL Server with a multi-tenant architecture: every client manages their own store while we provide performance and security centrally.
