Leave Excel and scattered WhatsApp chats behind. Customers, quotes, bookings and collections in one panel, with an AI assistant and WhatsApp integration.

CRM and Sales Automation Software: how it works
The biggest loss for sales teams is forgotten follow-ups and scattered information: the quote is in an email, the meeting note is on someone's phone, the customer history is in someone's head. A CRM gathers that mess in one place; automation takes follow-ups, reminders and document generation off the team's shoulders. At Saybes, instead of adapting a ready-made CRM package, we develop the CRM around the company's own processes.
MatCRM is the concrete example of this approach: customer and vehicle cards, a quote module (PDF with QuestPDF, filling from a Canva template, a signed sharing link), bookings and calendar, WhatsApp messaging in line with the 24-hour rule, Luca accounting integration, a Claude-based assistant (customer summaries, quote drafts), an IP allow-list and trusted-device management. All with .NET 10 Clean Architecture and a modern interface.
On the automation side we set up flows such as an automatic follow-up message three days after a quote is sent, payment due-date reminders, assignment to a sales rep when a new enquiry arrives, campaign segments and bulk WhatsApp sending. Every company's process is different; we listen to the process and design the flow around it.
Five reasons to do this with us
The difference is in the details: how we start, what we consider standard and where we stand after launch.
A process that's yours
Instead of fitting into a package's flow, the CRM is designed around your sales process; there are no unnecessary screens.
WhatsApp integration
Messages on the customer card via the official Cloud API; single, bulk and automatic sending.
Quote and document automation
PDF quotes, template filling, e-signature and sharing links; a quote is ready in minutes.
AI assistant
Summaries from customer history, quote and email drafts, insights from reports; the team gains speed.
Integration
Connection with accounting (Luca), web forms, the booking system, e-commerce and advertising data.
Scope: what the quote says is what you get.
The following is the standard scope of this service; it is extended to your needs.

THE SAYBES APPROACH“A CRM should be a system that does work for the sales team, not one that creates it: it reminds, prepares and sends.”
Which businesses benefit the most?
With examples from real work we built in different sectors.
Service and booking-based businesses
Automotive, health, beauty, education: one flow from enquiry to booking to collection.
B2B sales teams
Quote, follow-up and contract processes; sales funnel and rep performance reports.
Agencies and consultants
Client projects, quotes and invoicing; WhatsApp and email communication in one place.
Real estate and construction
Enquiry management, consultant assignment, project-based tracking and campaign messages.
A proven, up-to-date toolset
No black boxes: every tool we use is open and documented.
The result: four concrete gains
In every project we define the goal at the start, then measure and report after launch.
No lost follow-ups
Every opportunity has a next step and a date; the system reminds, the team doesn't forget.
Quote time drops to minutes
With templates and auto-fill, preparing a quote takes minutes, not hours.
Customer knowledge stays with the company
Even if a rep changes, history, notes and messages stay in the system; knowledge isn't tied to a person.
Management visibility
Sales funnel, conversion and collections on one dashboard; decisions are made on data.

Common questions
Get a quote →Why custom development instead of a ready-made CRM (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)?+
If your process is standard, a ready-made CRM may be enough; if you need custom flows, WhatsApp and accounting integration or Turkish quotes/contracts, a custom CRM is more efficient and more economical in the long run.
Can you migrate our existing Excel data?+
Yes. We clean customer and opportunity data and move it into the CRM so you work with history from day one.
Can it be used on mobile?+
Yes. The interface is mobile-friendly; if needed we develop a mobile app with Kotlin Multiplatform.
How long does development take?+
6–10 weeks with the core modules; integrations and automations are added in stages.
