We've lived both; with Fonvio (e-commerce and restaurant SaaS) and Pandu (an education app) we designed our own products and took them to the app stores and the market. On the product side we develop a secure, scalable back end with ASP.NET Core / .NET 10, a fast web interface with Next.js and iOS and Android apps from one code base with Kotlin Multiplatform. Multi-tenant architecture, subscriptions and payments (iyzico, Stripe), role and permission management, an API and integration layer, and Claude-based AI features are built as part of the product.
On the growth side we grow trial-to-paid conversion with conversion-focused landing pages, onboarding flows, product analytics, SEO and content, Google/LinkedIn/Meta campaigns and email automation. A working product every release, a measured growth report every month.
